I approved the comment from you because I don’t want to seem jaded, but I would like you to quantify what you mean by “it sucks”
To me..just coming onto a blog and posting this has no merit unless you back it up. Tell me why it sucks. Did you have a bad experience? If so, did you try to remedy it with the company.
Coming onto a public forum and making a blanket statement like this warrants that you should at least say why. Otherwise your it makes no sense.
